Mr. Nilesh Patidar is a Graduate Mechanical Engineer with 15+ years of extensive experience in industrial fabrication and mechanical project execution. He has worked across cement plants, power plants, fertilizer plants, and large industrial projects, where he has successfully handled responsibilities as a Project / Team Lead.
He possesses strong technical expertise in industrial dismantling, erection, and commissioning of mechanical systems, including heavy structures, equipment, and plant machinery. His deep understanding of fabrication drawings, site execution, manpower handling, and quality control makes him a key technical pillar of SATYAM ENGINEERS.
Mr. Patidar leads industrial fabrication operations, supervises mechanical teams, and ensures compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and project schedules.

Mr. Chetan Bairagi is a highly experienced Electronics, Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) Engineer with 15+ years of professional experience in India and abroad. He holds a B.Tech in Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE) along with a Diploma in ECE, giving him a strong academic and practical foundation.
He has worked in cement plants, power plants, chemical plants, offshore oil & gas facilities, shipping electricals, and instrumentation departments, handling both projects and maintenance roles. His expertise covers electrical systems,
instrumentation, automation support, industrial electronics, and control systems.
At SATYAM ENGINEERS, Mr. Bairagi heads CNC laser cutting operations, electrical panel manufacturing, technical planning, and quality control. He also manages technical procurement, vendor coordination, and material selection. Known for his excellent troubleshooting skills, he has strong capabilities in electronics, computers, and diagnosing complex technical issues, ensuring uninterrupted operations and high-quality output.
